Everyone's skin comes in all different shapes and sizes, but unfortunately, we're all faced with the same issues! Oily skin, dry skin, acne, open pores, dark spots, scarring you name it! These 'dilemmas' don't make us any less beautiful, but we do know that they can be a hassle to deal with sometimes. That's why many of us have gone out to seek out the best home and clinical remedies, from steaming our faces in hot water to letting snails walk all over our foreheads. Fortunately, M.E. has also gone out and done some extensive research, and brought it back right here, just for you! Check it out!
1. Acne, Red spots, Dark spots
Tea Tree, Lavender, & Lemon oil. These oils will be your best friends for life. Not only are these oils refreshing, but they're also anti-fungal, anti-bacterial (antiseptic) oils that help eradicate all the dirt hiding deep in the pores. They can calm redness, swelling, and scarring, as well as relieve the discomfort of itchy skin! But be careful! Major caution here! You cannot use too much of these oils at once, and you cannot have large amounts in direct contact with your skin, mouth, or eyes. Only use 2-3 droplets at a time on affected areas and/or mix with a carrier oil such as Jojoba oil or Coconut oil. Other oils you can try include Rosehip Oil, Aloe Vera oil, and Sweet Almond Oil.
2. Soft N' Radiant Skin
We all want to have skin as soft as a baby's bottom that glows in the moonlight and luckily we have the products just for you! Shea butter, 100% Pure Argan Oil, Virgin Olive Oil. After washing your face, apply a small amount of the oil onto your face and massage it in well. Get the radiance and softness you want in no time!
3. Reducing Oily Skin
A Lemongrass and Jojoba oil combination is like no other! But didn't we say we want to REDUCE oily skin?! That's right! Lemongrass oil's properties' actual help to reduce oily skin, all at the same time helps to fight acne by cleaning out dirt and give glowing skin. On the other hand, Jojoba oil is an oil that is closest to our skin's naturally produced oil. This means Jojoba oil and its nutrients will be absorbed much easier and also help to break down the extra oil production in your skin! Jojoba oil can also cleanse the pores and help with chaffing of the skin!
4. Moisturizing dry skin
Just to name a few: Virgin Olive Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Jojoba Oil, Coconut Oil, Argan Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, etc are some of the best essential oils out there for easing dry skin. Each oil holds properties that can help treat chapped, dry, and/or itchy. On top of that, make sure you're also keeping up that intake of H2O!
